TINY DOLL NO. NINE (2011)
AN HISTORICAL CAGE DOLL

This doll is now in production and is a tiny version of my 12" cage doll with a molded papier mache head, jointed hand carved arms and wooden slatted base. Her hands have individual fingers. Truly charming at this small scale.

TINY DOLL NO. TEN (2011)
MILLINERS MODEL
A very tiny version of this much collected doll complete with her swept up hair with long side ringlets. She has the traditional jumpsuit style cloth body with the usual blue paper bands that cover the joins of the molded arms and legs to the body and her period gown with lace collar and shoulder bows is made from a tiny blue print voile printed just for her and to match her blue slippers and blue bands.(The Milliners Model doll is inspired by a spectacular 20" one who came to live with me for a time for repairs to her papier mache head).

SPECIAL EDITION MILLINERS MODEL
This version of the Milliners Model started out as a batch of 12, but she was so favored that she became a permanent offering. The same doll and style of clothing, but done as a blonde with tea colored linen dress trimmed with rose silk ribbon and rose shoes. Click on the image at the right to see pictures.

ORNAMENT NO. ELEVEN (2012)
BEAUTIFUL PEG WOODEN
I have finally chosen the doll for this year - of the many choices on my list, one was an early dressed peg wooden. Then, serendipitously such a doll came to live with me and it will be in her style that I make my own ornament sized version. I have sculpted her similar to the original and likewise hand dyed transparent voile and laces to similar colors on the original doll. She is best displayed on one of my tiny stands, which if you order with the doll, will be half price - to encourage you to do so.

STANDS FOR TINY DOLLS - Tiny and tasteful stands for all my tiny dolls (3 - 4"). There are no commercial stands that are small enough for these dolls, so finally I got down to business and designed one. It is quite adjustable (within reason) and works with all the dolls on this page. The height is adjustable as well as the waist bracket.
